This intensive three-hour session is designed for couples to acquire the proper tools for their relationship. This one-day session is designed to explore new dynamics and enhance your bedroom life. This is perfect for whether you are looking to introduce kink, try a new lifestyle, explore fantasies, or get down to the nitty gritty with communication and or lack of. This session also includes guided steps and in-person tutorials on how to utilize tools and concentual position and posing guidance.

This coaching package is perfect for a short-term, focused coaching experience in which we tackle a specific goal or challenge. This package is perfect for individuals who are new to coaching. Key components include our initial consultation where I get to know your primary concerns, answering questions, exploring goals, discussing potential obstacles and strategies to overcome. 

Ways We Communicate- One 60-minute session for 6 weeks Offered in a mix of in-person, video, and phone coaching (your preference) Limited to between weekly check-ins via phone call or text messages This package also includes progress review, celebrating successes, and identifying areas for further improvement.

This coaching package is ideal for a longer-term commitment, providing focused coaching experiences that tackle multiple goals or obstacles/challenges. This package is also perfect for individuals and couples who have gone through coaching prior to or any form of support who need an extra bump of accountability. Key components include our initial consultation, where I get to know your primary concerns, answer questions, explore goals, discuss obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome.

Ways We Communicate- One 60-minute session for 10 weeks Offered in a mix of in-person, video, and phone coaching (your preference) Limited to between weekly check-ins via phone call or text messages This package also includes progress review, celebrating successes, and identifying areas for further improvement. This package is not limited to Zoom and office space. 

Not even knowing where to begin to address sexual frustration, shame, guilt, or lack of intimacy? In this intensive package, we will use a concise individual plan to target realistic goals in longer integrative sessions. Within these 15 weeks you will develop a transformative plan to execute and utilize to build a foundation to intimacy as an individual or together as a team with your partner.
