Coaching for men seeking greater confidence, stronger relationships, enhanced sexual wellness, & deeper emotional intimacy
You've built a life of success. But are you satisfied with the man you've become behind closed doors?
If you're here, chances are you're evaluating whether I have the experience, expertise, and confidence to help you confront the challenges most men don't openly discuss. And you should be. You may be successful in your career, respected in your profession, and capable of handling tremendous responsibility. But success doesn't automatically translate into sexual confidence, emotional connection, or a fulfilling intimate relationship.
That's where I come in.
As a clinical sexologist, sex therapist, sex educator, and life coach, I work with ambitious, high-achieving men and couples who are ready to address the issues that success, status, and financial security alone cannot resolve. Whether you're navigating sexual performance concerns, intimacy challenges, relationship dissatisfaction, confidence issues, or patterns that continue to undermine your personal life, my approach is direct, discreet, and unapologetically focused on meaningful change. My path to this profession wasn't built on a perfect life or an easy road. I've experienced setbacks, heartbreak, self-doubt, and the pressure of living according to someone else's definition of success. Having my fair share of life's ass kicks, I have dug myself into holes and have gotten myself out of them. With two master's degrees, including graduate education in Clinical Mental Health with an emphasis in Addiction and Substance Abuse through a CACREP-accredited program at Colorado Christian University, along with advanced clinical sexology education through the International Institute of Clinical Sexology (IICS), I bring specialized knowledge to the complexities of human behavior, sexuality, and intimate relationships. With over a decade of clinical mental health experience, I've worked with individuals and couples confronting deeply personal challenges, including sexual concerns, relationship conflict, emotional disconnection, and self-defeating behaviors. My approach isn't about telling you what you want to hear. It's about having the conversations you've avoided, identifying the patterns holding you back, and developing the confidence and self-awareness necessary to create lasting change.
I also recognize that personal growth doesn't always fit neatly into a traditional therapy office. Through my life-coaching services, I offer a more individualized, interactive, and action-oriented experience for men seeking personal development, stronger relationships, and greater fulfillment. You don't need another person telling you how successful you are. You need someone willing to challenge your thinking, confront uncomfortable truths, and help you strengthen the areas of your life that aren't living up to your expectations.
Whether your goal is greater sexual confidence, a stronger marriage, deeper intimacy, or simply becoming a more grounded and fulfilled man, I'm here to help you do the work. Because being successful and being fulfilled are two very different things. And you deserve the opportunity to experience both. Your past does not have to dictate your future, and your current circumstances do not have to define your potential.
Love,
Sophia

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where men can openly explore concerns related to intimacy, relationships, and sexual wellness. Together, we work toward increasing confidence, strengthening emotional connection, reducing performance anxiety, and promoting healthy, fulfilling sexual experiences.

Sexual performance is about much more than physical function—it’s deeply connected to the mind. Stress, anxiety, self-confidence, relationship dynamics, past experiences, and emotional well-being all play a significant role in a man’s ability to experience satisfying intimacy. Many men struggle silently with concerns such as performance anxiety, erectile difficulties, low desire, premature ejaculation, body image concerns, or feelings of inadequacy. These challenges can create a cycle of worry and self-doubt that further impacts sexual confidence and connection.

My style is warm but honest — you’ll get deep listening, real talk, and practical tools to help you shift your mindset and take action.

Why you might choose to see an out-of-network provider.
* Many plans will reimburse a significant portion of the cost of seeing an out-of-network provider, reducing your total out-of-pocket cost to an amount similar to your co-pay.
* Openness to working with a therapist out of network will insulate you from the difficulties of having to find a new therapist if you switch jobs or your job switches insurance providers.
* Out of network therapy can open the door for more personalized and holistic care. Therapists can offer longer or more frequent sessions than insuranace might cover (i.e. 90-minues or twice weekly). You can also explore more indivdualized and innovativeOut-of-network modalities, such as outdoor or walk-and-talk therapy, in-home sessions that focus on sleep, organization, office layout and even meeting where you perform. (gym, competition, etc).
* Choosing to forego the use of insurance provides more privacy. Details about the frequency and duration of your care are yours alone!

We adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy. Sessions are confidential, and information storage is HIPPA compliant and secure.
A client-centered approach allows you to feel heard and understood. You can expect your clinician to help you explore what patterns are working for you and what patterns are keeping you stuck.
You’ll be met with empathy, authenticity, and respect. You will be supported in moving toward the life you want to build and the changes you want to make.
Your clinician will provide action-oriented strategies you can use in your life outside the therapy room.
Choose between meeting your clinician over video, in office, or outside for your therapy session. Evening sessions are available.
Your clinician has extensive training and experience working with clients. Each clinician has their own area of expertise to help meet diverse client needs.
